Department to prevent/control green gas emissions

Burning fossil fuels like coal, oil and other natural gases spread green gas emission in the atmosphere. Cutting down trees and other deforestation activities trigger environment pollution of air, water and soil. Global warming is occurring due to high level emission of green house gases.

The planet will experience the following frequent disasters due to high level of green gas emissions:

1. Rising sea level and flooding of coastal cities.
2. Desertification of fertile land.
3. Melting of glacial masses.
4. Sudden attack of devastating hurricanes.

Gases coming out of refrigerators, deep freezers, air conditioners etc are very harmful for the atmosphere. Planting and developing forests is the only solution to escape from this most dangerous situation. On the other hand, reduction of all possible emissions of green gas must be addressed.

The department must make efforts to address this issue at the earliest before all of you fall into the trap of green house gases. Some part of the Earth will become barren land and desert and the remaining land will be cooler than Antarctica if the present level of green house gas emission is allowed to be continued. Human life will be almost impossible in both these conditions. Either you will be roasted to death or you will be frozen to death. Do not think foolishly that you will manage by wearing woolen clothes or heating up the room in case of frozen climate.

The matter is of highest priority and calls for everyone’s attention. Every minute is important here. The only solution is to concentrate all our efforts on afforestation. Plant, plant and plant long-life trees. This can only save us from this catastrophe. This is the only possible way to regulate the climatic condition. Thermal plants, coal excavation, burning of other fossil fuels cannot be allowed any more. Excavation of petroleum from deep down and burning them for your energy production can never be allowed any more. You must find eco-friendly alternatives.

Afforestation must be done on a war-footing basis until you attain the minimum level of 65% of the land area. Explosion of human population has to be brought down. Earth cannot feed these many people three times a day. The soil quality has reached the lowest possible extent due to the crooked scientists who have invented chemical manures and chemical pesticides. Very soon the soil will stop yielding with this high level of chemical manuring. You have made the soil as a waste barren land with all your greedy inventions. We are practically handing over a mass of unproductive waste land to our next generation. Let the people decide what should be the punishment awarded to such crooked scientists and their masters. However, people should not take law into their hands.

Many of you are aware of the dangerous effects of global warming. Almost 70% of the land area will be under water if we don’t address this problem now. Almost 90% of whatever you have constructed, whatever you have developed will be swallowed by sea. Your airports, shipyards, multi-storey buildings, residential houses, commercial buildings, schools, colleges etc. will be inundated. Millions of people will be the victims of this human made catastrophe. Epidemics breakouts will be experienced every where. People who survive will have to face more consequences than who died in the tragedy.

There is little time left for debates and discussions. Act fast before you face extinction of human race from the planet. Green gas is not green as you think. Your death is fast approaching in the form of green gas.

The department head must convene meetings with senior officials of the department and make a complete draft of rules, regulations and by-law of each and every function of the department. This is 100% required for the smooth functioning of the department. You must ensure that these by-laws are framed in accordance with the fundamental guidelines of the new regime of administration. All the existing rules and regulations of the department will automatically become null and void with the introduction of the new regime of administration. All employees must follow the new rules and regulations in letter and spirit without fail.

The draft must be framed 100% in accordance with the guidelines of the new regime of administration and forward the same to HR department, who will go through the draft and re-confirm all aspects of the by-laws including the man power requirement. HR department has to reconfirm that the rules and regulations are not contradicting with the fundamental guidelines of the new regime of administration and put up the same to the head of the nation for final approval. The approved draft thereafter becomes a rule, regulation and by-law of the department. This must be done on a war-footing basis. The entire process must be completed within a time limit of 122 days from the date of enforcement of the new regime of administration. The final approved rules and regulations of the department will be the new constitution of the new regime of administration for the department. The process of incorporating any changes, amendments, alterations, additions or deletions can be suggested by the head of the department at a later stage and the same has to be forwarded to HR department for scrutiny and should be sent to the head of the nation for ratification. A printed copy of this new constitution has to be given to all senior officials within the department and a copy each to all other heads of the departments for their reference.

Violation of the above guidelines will result in nothing less than death warrant. The invisible forces of Nature are tracing and tracking every moment of all of you. Do not take any risk of violating the guidelines of the new regime of administration. It will be at the cost of your life.

All the corrupted people will have to face death warrant punishment, if they do not make use of the final chance to escape from the punishment as provided in Amnesty scheme.
