Pronouncement of irrevocable death sentence to all those dumping sewage and diverting industrial waste to water bodies – issued by the supreme order of “The Almighty Holy Mother Nature”

Due date of punishment: 16th Feb 2025, 3.30 PM IST

Ancient civilization worshipped oceans, rivers, ponds and other water bodies as Goddesses and Gods. They realized that these water bodies have given them life, given them food, medicine, protection and provided abundant mental, physical, intellectual and spiritual strength. Great learned Maharshis of the past lived on the banks of the rivers for channelizing Cosmic energies for the well-being of all humanity and all other living entities of the world.

Unfortunately, the modern civilization and the so-called ultra-modern civilization ignored all these golden values of life. They consider it as just myth and superstition. They are treating water bodies as carriers of their waste; a mere dump yard of human waste, industrial waste and all unwanted things. These ignorant fools mocked at people who are upholding the ancient values. They construct their nuclear plants on the banks, construct their highly polluting factories on the banks for easy and cost-effective dumping of their waste.

Governments who are supposed to take actions against them are keeping silent and encouraging them for their personal gains. They utilize water bodies for cost-effective transportation. Spilling of oils and dumping waste is destroying the eco-system of oceans, rivers and other water bodies.

Economists advice industrialists that treating waste is costly and time-consuming, whereas dumping waste to water bodies is easy and cost-effective. Most of the industrialists, corporations/ municipalities act as per the advises of economists and take these easiest routes all over the world.

World leaders’ conferences are being held at frequent intervals, making hollow and false claims. No one seems to address this fundamental core issue and no serious steps taken so far to resolve this crisis.

Polluters of water bodies will be therefore punished henceforth. Irrevocable death sentence shall be implemented on them and this will be in force with effect from the date of implementation of this pronouncement all over the world.

However, considering the non-availability of eco-friendly technologies for waste management treatment, a grace time of 100 days is permitted, provided:

A request application to be forwarded to M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises by the governments or appropriate authorities and obtain prior approval.
During this grace time of 100 days, polluters of water bodies shall remit USD 6000 per ton of waste in Option 1 or Option 2 remedial measures. Irrevocable death sentence will be imposed on the violators. The timeframe of remittance of this amount shall not be later than the moment quantity of wastage generated exceeds 1 ton. This means the grace time of 100 days is not applicable to those who fail to remit the liable amount in time. Their (primary cursed individual’s) liable amount will be passed on automatically to their spouses, descendants, legal heirs or whoever is enjoying their property if the primary cursed individual is no more. Death penalty will be imposed if there is any liable amount due by 100^th day from the date of implementation of this pronouncement. You cannot escape from the punishment even if there is a shortfall of even 1 paisa of the due liable amount. You will be inviting death penalty in case of intentionally or unintentionally making wrong calculations on quantity of waste or making delay of remitting the payment within the due date.
Irrevocable death sentence will be imposed on all polluters of water bodies with effect from 100^th day from the date of implementation of this pronouncement. The death sentence will be kept in abeyance until then. It shall be noted that people must utilize this grace time to find out 100% eco-friendly solutions/technologies to effectively treat and process all types of waste.

However refer The only solution to escape from the punishment of irrevocable death sentence.

List of cursed polluters of water bodies against whom death penalty is imposed:

Owners and management of micro, small, medium and large scale industries who are dumping all types of waste to water bodies
Individuals, officials in-charge of governments and governing bodies responsible for dumping sewage waste to water bodies
Owners, management and captains of ships/boats dumping sewage waste to oceans and other water bodies

There are several others who are involved in polluting water sources. This is a warning for all of them. Wiser people learn from other’s mistakes. Keep away yourselves from all such activities of polluting water sources, lest death sentence will be imposed on you without any further notice. You can get Nature’s blessings by involving yourself in forestation and Nature-cleaning activities from pollution, to the extent possible.

This order will be in force all over the world with effect from:	19th Nov 2022, 8 PM IST
Due date of punishment:	16th Feb 2025, 3.30 PM IST
People who have committed such offenses prior to the date of issuance of this pronouncement in order to escape from the punishment as a remedial measure:	Must remit a minimum of 40% of the value of his/her entire movable and immovable assets/properties in Option1 or Option 2 remedial measures within 30 days from the date of implementation of this pronouncement.
Due date of remittance of liable amount in Option 1 or Option 2 as a remedial measure to escape from the punishment for the crimes committed from the date of issuance of this pronouncement till the date of implementation of this pronouncement:	People who have committed crimes and fall into this category must remit a minimum of 40% of the value of his/her entire movable and immovable assets/properties on or before 8 PM IST of the due date of implementation of this pronouncement.
People committing such offenses after the date of implementation of this pronouncement:	Those who are committing the offense after the date of implementation of this pronouncement will not have any remedial option and will be eligible for due punishment.
In case the demise of primary cursed individual is on or before the date and time of “date of implementation of this pronouncement”:	Due date for remitting unpaid liability of the primary cursed individual by the descendants/legal heirs in Option 1 or Option 2 remedial measures: Remit a minimum of 40% of the value of the inherited movable and immovable assets/properties of the primary cursed individual within 30 days from the date and time of implementation of this pronouncement. Defaulters of this rule will have same punishment as that of the primary cursed individual.
In case the demise of primary cursed individual is after the date and time of “date of implementation of this pronouncement”:	Due date for remitting unpaid liability of the primary cursed individual by the descendants/legal heirs in Option 1 or Option 2 remedial measures: Remit a minimum of 40% of the value of the inherited movable and immovable assets/properties of the primary cursed individual within 30 days of the demise of the primary cursed individual. Defaulters of this rule will have same punishment as that of the primary cursed individual.
Intentional or unintentional false calculations of the liable amount will attract punishment. Present market value should be considered in such estimations.
