Health care department

Health care department

Health care department plays a major role in the society with regard to implementation of various health care practices of citizens, preventing and controlling of communicable diseases and promoting traditional indigenous systems of medication. The department must provide infrastructure on health care facilities, hospitals, treatment centres, medical labs, ambulance services etc. for the people involving participation of the private sector.

The department must focus on not only treatment of diseases but to address issues that causes spread of diseases. Most of the health care systems in most of the nations have miserably failed in performing these basic duties. They seems to have become just obedient servants of medical mafias. They approve all medicines manufactured by these mafia companies without proper study or experiments on their partial effects. They are interested in acquiring dirty and illegal benefits in cash and kind from these mafias. The department does not have even sufficient medical labs to test the efficacy of the medicines produced by these companies.

Every one is aware that medicines they manufacture bear dangerous partial effects. No effort is practically being done to stop them. Instead they are accepting them and providing all possible legal protection. Doctors prescribe these medicines to the patients mercilessly. Unfortunate patients instead of getting treated for their diseases, but going home with many other additional diseases caused due to dangerous side effects. Most of the patients suffer from heavy financial burden for treating diseases.

Instead of health care, the department unfortunately is becoming health destroyer. They are colliding with many manufacturers to introduce dangerous and numerous vaccinations in the name of disease prevention. Many of these vaccinations are thrusted upon the patients. Most of these vaccinations carry dangerous partial effects. Innocent and ignorant people become scapegoats.

Health care department and doctors these days lost their dignity and respect from the public. People are aware of these day light looting that hospitals are mere business centres and patients are getting tortured day by day. They are aware that the department is having unholy relationship with medicine manufacturers.

This situation shall not be allowed in the new regime of administration. The department will have to face a very tough time if they continue such practices. Radical changes are required from top to bottom. Some of them are enlisted below:

  1. Medical educational system.
  2. No action taken on defaulting doctors in performing their duties.
  3. Unholy relationship encouraged with medicine manufacturers.
  4. No mechanism to test efficiency of medicines.
  5. Unhealthy practices encouraged in treatment system.
  6. Alternative traditional medical systems and practices are crushed. Only allopathic medical systems are encouraged in the society.
  7. Hospitals do have unholy relationship with medical insurance companies.
  8. Brain death cases are increasing at every treatment centres. Is it done intentionally to harvest human organs for ever-growing transplantation industry?
  9. Why there is no proper study conducted on vaccinations? How many vaccinations can be administered to one person? Is there any upper ceiling? What is the benefit of many vaccinations? Is it worth the partial effects these vaccinations create?
  10. Why medical companies are sponsoring pleasure trips for doctors? Investigate the unholy relationship of medical insurance companies and hospitals.
  11. Why there is hesitation in punishing doctors who are found guilty?
  12. What are the causes of deteriorating image of medical practitioners?
  13. Why harmful medicines are given licenses to produce even by W.H.O who are supposed to be the guardian of health care of the whole world?
  14. Who decides the efficiency of medical diagnostic machines? Is it required or not at all required?
  15. Why certain epidemics are allowed to spread? Is it to help some medicine manufacturers?
  16. Why no sufficient action to suppress mad dogs and allow them to attack innocent people on public roads? Is it to help rabies vaccination producing companies?
  17. Why the department does not have safe disposal system of hospital waste? Is it to help some organization to spread diseases?
  18. Why medical education has been made very costly? Why heavy donations are collected to admit especially non-qualified and non-deserving students by medical institutions?
  19. Do doctors have the license to kill anyone under the pretext of treatment/surgery/organ failures? Why no legal action on them?
  20. Is the entire medical health care system completely under the grip and control of medicine manufacturers?

Finding answers to atleast some of the questions will reveal the truth and dirty practices going on behind their white clad wearing community. They deserve merciless punishment, nothing less than death warrant if they do not take advantage of Amnesty scheme.

The department head must convene meetings with senior officials of the department and make a complete draft of rules, regulations and by-law of each and every function of the department. This is 100% required for the smooth functioning of the department. You must ensure that these by-laws are framed in accordance with the fundamental guidelines of the new regime of administration. All the existing rules and regulations of the department will automatically become null and void with the introduction of the new regime of administration. All employees must follow the new rules and regulations in letter and spirit without fail.

The draft must be framed 100% in accordance with the guidelines of the new regime of administration and forward the same to HR department, who will go through the draft and re-confirm all aspects of the by-laws including the man power requirement. HR department has to reconfirm that the rules and regulations are not contradicting with the fundamental guidelines of the new regime of administration and put up the same to the head of the nation for final approval. The approved draft thereafter becomes a rule, regulation and by-law of the department. This must be done on a war-footing basis. The entire process must be completed within a time limit of 122 days from the date of enforcement of the new regime of administration. The final approved rules and regulations of the department will be the new constitution of the new regime of administration for the department. The process of incorporating any changes, amendments, alterations, additions or deletions can be suggested by the head of the department at a later stage and the same has to be forwarded to HR department for scrutiny and should be sent to the head of the nation for ratification. A printed copy of this new constitution has to be given to all senior officials within the department and a copy each to all other heads of the departments for their reference.

Violation of the above guidelines will result in nothing less than death warrant. The invisible forces of Nature are tracing and tracking every moment of all of you. Do not take any risk of violating the guidelines of the new regime of administration. It will be at the cost of your life.
