If you are creating technologies to tap thermal power that is existing in the inner crust of the Earth, it will be like exploding of a high pressured cooker using a small valve. The valve provided will not be able to tolerate the tremendous pressure existing in the inner crust of Earth where lava is present in bulk. Presently Nature is preserving this heat with kilometers thickness of mud all around the inner crust. The planet is kept green and capable to grow plants because of this heat kept deep inside the Earth and regulated heat on the land surface. Your actions and researches on this will not only end up in environmental disasters but it may perish the very life on Earth. You must research and find out 100% eco-friendly alternative technologies to substitute all the above cited power generating systems. The department head must convene meetings with senior officials of the department and make a complete draft of rules, regulations and by-law of each and every function of the department.
