Need and necessity of Gurukul Education:
In olden times, families were given certain responsibilities to perform in the society. It was like their birth-right. For an example, a carpenter’s son will only be allowed to learn carpentry work. Others will not be permitted. Similarly, this was the case in every walks of life i.e., vocal music, instrumental music, martial arts, treatments, agriculture, oil extraction, maintaining accounts, performing rituals etc. This system was adopted in order to ensure job security and availability of experts in each trade. The individual is getting an opportunity to learn the trade from the childhood onwards or, even before the child is born! The choice of the trade automatically was entrusted to the child as the legitimate member of the family. Now the situation is totally different. A politician’s son may become a singer or join the army. He may become a priest or a doctor. There is no clarity in the career, and the future of the child is in 100% uncertainty. This is the reason why we see lot of incompetent and de-motivated people in the society today. Most of them are totally cut off from their inner hidden in-built potential.
This concept of family trade got diluted and black-listed as uncivilized and exploitation of weaker section. Job discrimination and inequality started growing in the society. The good intention behind such concept was ignored or wrongly interpreted by the vested interest and narrow-minded people. Social reformation took place and the system got abolished in most of the societies all over the world.
The concept of open society and its in-built hidden danger:
Today we are living in an open society where anyone can take up any work of his choice. Freedom of choice is given to the individual. Though theoretically it is a good system, there are many unattended hidden issues in this system. Selection process of the preferred work is taking too much of time and in most of the cases, it is a delayed decision or wrong decision. Life is too short to accommodate such lengthy selection process. By the time the person completes the basic education, he will be in his twenties. The selection process of the preferred career starts thereafter. He will have to undergo extensive training for mastering the selected subject. By that time, most of his energetic, creative time is gone. Family responsibilities will dominate his priority than the task of attaining perfection in the selected field. He will finally end up in total frustration and dejection towards life. The society today is filled with dejected and disheartened people at all levels. Unemployment and unemployability are at their extreme zenith. 99% of youngsters are facing unemployability problem. They have the certificates but they are unfit for the job. They lack expertise, skill, workmanship, professionalism and experience.
Social reformers fiercely fought for abolishing the prevailing unaccepted practices in the society. They succeeded in their attempt and the matter was left unattended thereafter. Better system should have been introduced thereafter. The faulty system of today has given birth to many social issues i.e., job insecurity, unemployment, exploitation of the poor, labour exploitation, lack of expertise etc. Reservation and subsidies are given to undeserving people leading to large scale organized corruptions everywhere.
Unethical medical practices, sub-standard universities, colleges, teachers and politicians with vested interest, scattered families, compartmentalized society in the name of caste, creed, race, religion etc have emerged from this new open society concept. The list of these issues is endless. Is it the society you are safe and comfortable?
An individual, family or society devoid of self-realization will be good for nothing. The so-called modern society has gone far away from self-realization and spiritual strength. This is the root cause of all problems. We must live in a society where the citizens should have the opportunity to perform their inherent actions. Educational system should be focused to help the student to extract and expose the hidden in-born talent as early as possible and impart training only on those areas. The rest of the topics are to be removed from his/her academic portion.
Preliminary education must be restricted to each of the following matters:
Students or parents or any members of the village can make use of the books in the library on various related subjects of the curriculum.
Admission in skill development course will be based on the successful completion of the primary/preliminary course and identification of the potential of the students, subject to the consent of the parents/guardians.

Long-life tree should be planted in each and every demarcating area. Many rows of this manner can be accommodated in the parking zone. Trees give shade to the vehicles as well as act as demarcating points.
Security should make a note of the members and vehicles entering and exiting the farm and ensure that only 1 vehicle is permitted per grown up member at any point of time (parked either in parking zone or in residential area or anywhere in the farm). However there is no restriction on bicycles.
