The department has to screen information worthy of broadcasting through various media like air, visual media, print media, social media etc. Whereabouts of people giving news must be taken and they should have license to do the job, issued by the department. The department should not allow any media where you cannot trace the source of the individual publishing it. People misusing social media are increasing day by day because of this reason. Now they can hide in some unknown place, do whatever they want, publish whatever they like, ruin anybody’s reputation, spreading false messages to the general public. The department must take strict action against the operators making such facilities. The licenses given to such firms should be immediately withdrawn in case of any violation.

Many politicians misuse this facility and use such keyboard warriors to attack their opponents. This cannot be permitted anymore. This is not a responsible journalism or publicity.

The department must introduce policies of the new regime of administration to the general public. Some of them are given below.

1. Educating public about the highlights and guidelines of the new regime of administration. Department-wise programs about the rules and regulations should be covered in this educational program. The program should be conducted by a team of experts by making good video presentations, dramas, documentaries etc. This will be in the form of entertainment as well as education.
2. Educate the general public about abolished matters, permanently banned matters, matters that will attract death warrant punishment from the new regime of administration are to be telecasted on a daily basis.
3. Highlight about the technological improvement on various areas that are 100% eco-friendly.
4. Build awareness about afforestation campaigns.
5. Build awareness about Nature cleaning campaigns.
6. Build awareness about waste management technologies and the role and responsibility of the public.
7. Build awareness campaigns on skill development educational system.
8. Build awareness campaigns for providing a peaceful society, disarming dangerous mass killing weapons with the introduction of the new regime of administration.
9. Build awareness campaigns on the steps taken to eradicate terrorism and terrorist organizations.
10. Build awareness campaigns against radicalization and other types of inducements to attract the weak by certain religious organizations.
11. Build awareness campaigns ever after the introduction of the new regime of administration about the action taken on people who are engaged in exploiting the weak, torturing the weak and women and eradication of all types of non meritorious appointments in government sector.
12. Build awareness about the new inventions made by research wings of various departments.
13. Build awareness campaigns about the tourist attractions on various subjects, inviting potential tourists from world over.

The department head must convene meetings with senior officials of the department and make a complete draft of rules, regulations and by-law of each and every function of the department. This is 100% required for the smooth functioning of the department. You must ensure that these by-laws are framed in accordance with the fundamental guidelines of the new regime of administration. All the existing rules and regulations of the department will automatically become null and void with the introduction of the new regime of administration. All employees must follow the new rules and regulations in letter and spirit without fail.

The draft must be framed 100% in accordance with the guidelines of the new regime of administration and forward the same to HR department, who will go through the draft and re-confirm all aspects of the by-laws including the man power requirement. HR department has to reconfirm that the rules and regulations are not contradicting with the fundamental guidelines of the new regime of administration and put up the same to the head of the nation for final approval. The approved draft thereafter becomes a rule, regulation and by-law of the department. This must be done on a war-footing basis. The entire process must be completed within a time limit of 122 days from the date of enforcement of the new regime of administration. The final approved rules and regulations of the department will be the new constitution of the new regime of administration for the department. The process of incorporating any changes, amendments, alterations, additions or deletions can be suggested by the head of the department at a later stage and the same has to be forwarded to HR department for scrutiny and should be sent to the head of the nation for ratification. A printed copy of this new constitution has to be given to all senior officials within the department and a copy each to all other heads of the departments for their reference.

Violation of the above guidelines will result in nothing less than death warrant. The invisible forces of Nature are tracing and tracking every moment of all of you. Do not take any risk of violating the guidelines of the new regime of administration. It will be at the cost of your life.
