Death warrant

Death warrant is an elimination process in order to clean up the Nature from all kinds of impurities. Unlike in the past, the Holy and Almighty Mother Nature intervenes in the matter directly, cautioning everyone to get rid of all those activities leading to polluting the Nature, polluting the minds of people, polluting the natural process of – creation, conservation and destruction.

It is a beginning of a new era. It is a beginning of new lifestyle, new thinking and emergence of new generation that is free from corruption, free from exploitation, free from narrow-mindedness, free from selfishness, free from all kinds of pollution and complete freedom to perform and accomplish the individual destined duties of everyone successfully.

Our Holy and Almighty Mother Earth – Our Home

There are many stories prevailing regarding the formation of Mother Earth, but it is the undisputed reality that, this is the place that each one of us calls “HOME”. This is the place we all live together with all other inhabitants at the moment. There could be millions of solar planetary systems and galaxies around the outer space of our Home – planet Earth. You may be able to roam over the whole universe but we may not find a better place, or rather there is no place like Home.

It is truly a wonderland created by the Almighty with 149 million sq. km of land area and 361 million sq. km of ocean, consisting of many rivers, meadows, valleys, high mountains like the Himalayas spread across seven continents. Our Home, the mother land was once a destination of wondrous forms and poetical aesthetic beauty and picturesque virgin display of splendid with numerous diversities of plants, trees, flowers and other living eco-friendly inhabitants.

Ever-since you are born and even before while you were in a mother’s womb, you have been utilizing air to breathe, water to drink and quench your thirst, food for your survival, medicines to cure your diseases. You cannot survive even a moment on this Earth without these Natural resources. You are therefore indebted to Mother Earth who is providing you all these Natural resources unconditionally. In short, what you are today physically, mentally, intellectually, spiritually is all on account of utilization of Natural resources only. In return, you were individually and collectively polluting and exploiting all the Natural resources foolishly, in the name of civilization, in the name of modern science, in the name of spirituality, in the name of advancement etc. What have you given in return to Mother Earth? – pollution and dump yard of your waste and nothing else. Some people throw away waste on the surface of Holy land and some others dump into the Holy Oceans and some others dig the Earth and burry it. You can be compared with nothing less than mad dogs. Nothing is free in this world. We need to give back something to the Nature for the Natural resources that we are utilizing.

Greedy human is responsible for all types of pollutions

All these ever-beauty of the Nature have unfortunately become almost a thing of the past. Natural divine and pure destinations of the Mother Earth have been made a dumping ground of hazardous, poisonous plastic waste, human waste, industrial waste, chemical waste, and converted them as colonies of fatal disease-causing bacteria and viruses on account of greedy, selfish, cruel minded people of the so-called modern and civilized society.

On account of these greedy human beings, we now have highly polluted air to breathe, highly polluted water to drink and highly polluted soil for our cultivation. Burning of plastics, petroleum products, fossil fuel, smoke emitting from aircrafts and all types of automotive are some of the major contributing factors of pollution, leading everyone to a big man-made catastrophe. Large-scale mining, high frequency of sound, large-scale deforestation and high density of population are some of the major contributors of creating heavy damage and heavy destruction to Mother Earth.

Look at our beaches, rivers, seas, agricultural land, townships, valleys and mountain peaks; it is highly polluted everywhere. It has become a mere dump yard of all sorts of throw-away things. Are we not ashamed to be known as a civilized society? Is it the true meaning of civilization? Each one of us are directly or indirectly responsible for this man-made disaster. The modern civilization has miserably failed to understand and learn the basic lessons of co-existence. They do not respect or accept the sanctity and power of Natural forces and their laws. Idiotic lifestyle of this modern generation is leading us towards a dead-end of no return. We have made the Natural forces violent, which are capable to destroy our so-called advancement within seconds. If this is allowed to be continued, the Nature will destroy everything and terminate existence of human life. Human race itself will get obliterated if we fail to take corrective actions immediately with no further delay to clean up the Nature on a war-footing basis, ensuring our home Earth free from all types of pollution/impurities.

Wrath of the Mother Nature singles out the most cursed individuals and punishes

The Almighty Mother Nature has decided to take actions against all those who are engaged in large-scale deforestation activities, over-exploitation of Natural resources, large-scale air, water and soil pollution. Violent forces of the Nature will punish all of these greedy miscreants. List of these individuals will be published batch-wise in our website who have lost all rights to be alive on Earth anymore. They will be terminated by the Natural forces of the Almighty on the due date along with their descendants and all those who are directly or indirectly associated with them.

Who is a cursed individual? What is a cursed organization?

• The individuals mentioned in the above list shall be hereafter known as primary cursed individuals. The spouses, descendants, ancestors of the primary cursed individuals are known as cursed individuals.
• Employees of the organizations owned by the primary cursed individuals, and all the people who are directly or indirectly associated and got benefitted from the primary cursed individuals in any form are also treated as cursed individuals.
• The organizations owned by the primary cursed individuals shall be known as cursed organizations. In other words, cursed organizations are those which are partially or fully run by, or managed by, or promoted by, or funded by the primary cursed individuals.
• Any organization having the primary cursed individual as one of the board members or directors or advisors or holding in any key role is also a cursed organization.
• Any organization, whether it is profit-oriented or not, whether it is profit making or loss making, partially or fully owned by the primary cursed individual is also a cursed organization.
• Any charitable organization which is partially or fully promoted by the primary cursed individual or cursed organization is also considered as cursed organization.
• Any venture utilizing the fund from the primary cursed individual or cursed organization is also considered as cursed organization and is liable for punishment.
• Anyone who is utilizing the finance/ movable or immovable properties/ tangible or intangible assets from the cursed individuals or cursed organizations will automatically fall into the cursed category.
• The primary cursed individual is having highly poisonous, contagious, dirty money, and anyone who goes nearby will get infected like a pandemic. Hence keep away from the cursed organizations and cursed individuals. If at all you are/were having any link with them, it must be discontinued or de-linked with immediate effect and take appropriate remedial measures within the due date, failing which you will have to face the same fatal punishment as you are also falling into the cursed category.
• All the cursed individuals and cursed organizations will have to face irrevocable death sentence on the due date if there is incomplete remedial action or delayed remedial action. Timely remedial action within the due date can relieve them from the fatal punishments. However, there is no remedial action for the primary cursed individuals and their descendants. • The primary curse will fall on to the successors/ legal heirs if the listed individual is no more.
• It may be noted that about 15-20% of cursed individuals may die before the due date.

What is Liable amount and how does it affect your life?

Liable amount is the total amount (differs from person to person) you have earned/received from a cursed individual or cursed organization during your lifetime. This accumulated liable amount carry substantial quantity of curses as the source of this amount is from cursed individuals or cursed organizations. The curses negatively affect your life and your associates, dependents, partners and all those who are in association with you. If you wish to know what is the total sum of amount you are liable to pay in order to diffuse the curses on you, refer Summary of cursed category of individuals/ cursed organizations, their punishments and remedial measures. Your accumulated liabilities so far must therefore be settled with the Holy Nature without wasting even a second.

This liable amount is meant to be spent for afforestation or Nature-cleaning activities as described in Option1 or Option 2 remedial measures, failing which punishment will be imposed (refer below list of punishments for various categories)

The liable amount has to be remitted in Option1 or Option 2 remedial measures within the given timeframe as you have already become eligible for punishment. It is to be remembered that none of the social service activities other than Nature-cleaning and afforestation activities will help you to escape from the punishment. Your heavy donations to organizations, religious centres, helping the needy people, extending financial support to relevant social well-being, extending financial support to downtrodden and other oppressed individuals/firms cannot be counted as a remedy for diffusing your liabilities. This is your liability to the Holy Nature. These are the benefits you have enjoyed from the five elements of the Holy Nature. These are also facilities you are enjoying by exploitation of Natural resources either directly or indirectly. Hence nothing but implementation of Option1 or Option 2 remedial measures as given below is the only possible remedial measure irrespective of your caste, creed, color, gender, age, race, faith etc. This matter has to be always kept in mind as many crooked people with hidden selfish intentions around you will persuade you, will tempt you, will deceit you from doing the right remedial measures. Do not fall prey to such temptations. You are an individual though you belong to various man-made communities. You, as an individual, are the sole responsible person to settle your personal liabilities towards the Holy Nature. No one can substitute your liabilities on behalf of you. This means your partner, your parents, your children, your siblings, your relatives, your sponsors, your employers, your employees, your religious authorities, your community, your political affiliations, your teachers, your advisors, your devotees, your masters etc cannot cannot cannot undertake your liabilities with the Holy Nature. We wish to again caution you – do not fall prey to any external influences, failing which you will attract more liabilities on yourself. There are only two options infront of you, either you face the consequences and die with your liabilities, or settle your liabilities and lead a meaningful, elevated life discharging your responsibilities and commitments towards this precious life as a human being. You will be enjoying every moment of your life as a non-liable individual and be an asset to the entire society, the entire living creatures around you, and be the most recognized person in the eyes of The Holy Nature.

However, people committed grave and unpardonable offenses to the Holy Nature directly or indirectly will have no remedial options to escape from punishment and they will have to face the irrevocable death sentence which will be implemented by the Natural forces of the Holy Nature on the due date of the respective individual. Hence liable amount is not applicable for people who do not have remedial option to escape from the punishment. People who fall into this category are listed in the respective batches. However, they will get some relief from horrible punishments awaiting them in their next birth if they are engaged in forestation and Nature-cleaning activities during the remaining few days of their present life.

Remedial actions for eligible individuals to escape from the punishments:

These remedial actions are applicable to those people who are directly or indirectly connected with the primary cursed individuals mentioned in the list, who also fall under the cursed category. For details regarding list of such people and their punishments click here. The cursed individual can opt for any of the options mentioned below i.e., Option 1 or Option 2 (a) or Option 2 (b) or can utilize all the options specified as a remedial measure, provided the liable amount is fully utilized towards the remedial measures.

Option 1:

Donate the entire specified liable amount to any trust-worthy organizations that are engaged in forestation activities. (For details regarding liable amount for each category of people click here).

Terms and conditions for Option 1

• This process needs to be completed within 90 days of date of implementation of pronouncement mentioned in death warrant batch by 8 PM IST.
• If the organization that you have selected and donated the amount does not utilize your entire amount for forestation activities, the very purpose of your donation to these organizations is defeated, and you seize to get the benefit of your donation. Your money has gone to some wrong hands in this case. You have made a wrong decision in choosing the right organization for making donation to get rid of your liabilities. In this situation you have made substantial loss i.e.,
  • a) the amount that you have donated does not give you the required benefit, hence it is a complete loss.
  • b) since you have given your money to a non-trustworthy organization, this amount you have given will attract further liabilities on you.
  • c) Apart from the above two reasons, you have made an immense loss of wasting your precious time and energy. This may end up in loosing an opportunity to get rid of your curses within the scheduled time. You should therefore take maximum precautions while selecting the organization. Do not take decisions based on their popularity and marketing gimmicks to attract customers.
  • d) Nature will not spare anybody who is misusing/ misleading/ mismanaging the fund that has been earmarked for forestation and anti-pollution activities. However, that does not resolve your problem. The purpose of highlighting the risk factor involved in this option is to caution you while choosing the right organization before making your donations. Do not go by hearsay or advices by wrong people with hidden selfish motives.

Option 2:

There are two options in Option 2 i.e., Option 2a and Option 2b. You can select either or both of these options in accordance with your liable amount.

2a) Developing “Sarpakaavu” (Sacred abode of snakes)

In other words, Sarpakaavu is a developed earmarked forest in a limited piece of land. This is an ancient practice of respecting and adoring The Holy Nature in return of various benefits we enjoy from the Holy Nature. Mother Nature is providing us sufficient food to survive, fresh and pollution-free pure air to breathe, purest of pure water to drink. This is the reason why we address Nature as our Holy Mother. In addition to this, Nature is providing us medicine to cure our illness and boost our immune system. Developing Sarpakaavu is therefore considered as an ultimate solution to get forgiveness for the offenses that we directly or indirectly commit towards the Holy Nature. Terms and conditions for Option 2 (a)

1. The entire specified liable amount should be spent for purchasing the land alone for developing Sarpakaavu. Other connected expenses involved in developing Sarpakaavu like land registration expenses, compound wall construction, purchasing saplings, land development, labour, digging well etc cannot be adjusted from the liable amount. In other words, these expenses are to be met outside the liable amount.
2. While considering purchase of land for the equivalent value of liable amount to develop Sarpakaavu, it is to be noted that the value shown in the document only will be considered as the amount spent on land. This means under-valuation or over-valuation should not be done while registering the land.
3. In case of already existing own property for setting up for Sarpakaavu, you can redeem the liable amount @ USD 2 per sq. ft. This means from this calculation, you can decide what should be the total land area that should be earmarked for developing Sarpakaavu from your property. For an example, if the liable amount is USD 1 lakh, you need to allocate 50000 sq. ft. of land area (approximately 115 cents) for developing Sarpakaavu. Already existing own property means the date of transfer of ownership of land mentioned in the title deed of the property which is in your name is before the date of issuance of pronouncement mentioned in the corresponding death warrant batch(es).
4. The land identified to develop Sarpakaavu should be registered in the name of M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises in the form of registered irrevocable power of attorney. For details regarding land registration refer Stage 3 of developing Sarpakaavu. Land registration process (in the form of registered irrevocable power of attorney) should be completed and the required documents should be submitted to M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises within 90 days from the date of implementation of pronouncement mentioned in death warrant batch by 8 PM IST. All the remaining work like compound wall construction, land development, digging of well/pond, planting etc must be completed within 150 days from the 91^st day of the date of implementation of pronouncement mentioned in death warrant batch i.e., total time for this entire process is 90+150=240 days. However, people who fall into the category of death warrant specified batches, the maximum timeframe is as mentioned in the description of individual batches.
5. Maximum time allowed for completing the entire process for developing Sarpakaavu from day 1 of the date of implementation of pronouncement mentioned in death warrant batch is 240 days. However, land registration must be over within 90 days. No extension of time will be accepted or given to anyone. This means if the land is not registered within 90 days of the date of implementation of pronouncement mentioned in death warrant batch, then the specified punishment will be imposed accordingly. To make it more specific, developing Sarpakaavu in an unregistered land cannot be considered as a remedial action for a cursed individual. This matter is repeated in this pronouncement again and again in order to emphasize the seriousness. Incomplete work of Sarpakaavu within the due date will therefore lead to the tragic end of the concerned person. This means 240^th day from the date of implementation of pronouncement mentioned in death warrant batch by 8 PM IST will become a fatal day for all those having incomplete Sarpakaavu even if you might have completed 99% of the work. You should not invite problems due to your negligence, lack of seriousness, complacency, foolishness etc for delaying the work. You should not be misled by anyone. You should understand that all advices from your so-called well-wishers/relatives can never help you to make further extension of even by a minute. You have to forward a completion report to M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises along with photographs/video of Sarpakaavu immediately after completing the work.

2b) Approved nursery of saplings:

Anyone interested, including cursed individuals who are eligible for taking remedial measures can engage into the activity of developing approved nursery of approved varieties of saplings, exclusively meant for developing Sarpakaavu.

Terms and conditions for obtaining approval from M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises for Option 2 (b):

1. All the Terms and conditions of Option 2 (a) – Sarpakaavu are also applicable to Option 2 (b) – nursery.
2. The centre should cultivate only authentic saplings of tree varieties that are approved by M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises as given here. Tree details can be found here.
3. The centre should never use any chemical fertilizers or chemical pesticides/insecticides.
4. The centre should not exploit any customer due to high demand. However, the centre can take normal profit from the business.
5. The centre should avail a certificate from M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises.
6. Land registration of nursery in the name of M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises is a must.
7. The centre should display pharmacopeia name/botanical name and English name of the listed saplings along with the vernacular name.
8. The centre should display a clear color photograph of a full-size tree of each plant to educate the customer.
9. The nursery owner shall remit 15% of the turnover to M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises on a monthly basis.
10. The nursery owner will get a benefit of USD 0.80 per sq. ft. of the nursery to set off from their liable amount. This means from this calculation, you can decide what should be the total land area that should be earmarked for developing approved nursery from your property. For an example, if the liable amount is USD 1 lakh, you need to allocate 125000 sq. ft. of land area (approximately 287 cents) for developing approved nursery.
11. The above benefits are applicable only for authorized nurseries by M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises.

Caution:

People who are eligible for taking remedial measures should note that this is your last and final opportunity to save yourself. You will be condemned to death without any further intimation if the same mistake is repeated in future. Beware of the fact that invisible Natural forces are tracing and tacking all your actions. Do not invite problems with your foolishness or over-smartness or unproductive arguments.

List of categories of people for whom the punishments are applicable, nature of their punishments and remedial actions for them:

Categories:

1. Primary cursed individuals

2. Descendants of the primary cursed individuals and their spouses

3. Spouse(s) of the primary cursed individuals

Nature of their punishment:

Irrevocable death sentence.

Liable amount:

Total earnings made from cursed organizations or cursed individuals.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishment:

No remedial solution. Condemned to death. They will get some relief from horrible punishments awaiting them in their next birth if they are engaged in forestation and Nature-cleaning activities during the remaining few days of their life.

However refer The only solution to escape from the punishment of irrevocable death sentence.

4. Parents and living ancestors of the primary cursed individuals

Nature of their punishment:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

Total earnings made from cursed organizations or cursed individuals.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishment:

Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

5. Employees of the cursed organizations are also treated as cursed individuals

Nature of their punishment:

Death sentence. Clemency from the punishment given subject to timely completion of remedial actions.

Liable amount:

The total sum of money received from the cursed organization(s) by way of salaries, commissions, incentives, bonus and other benefits (cash or kind) etc.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishment:

1. Resign immediately from the cursed organization.
2. Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

6. Ex-employees of the cursed organizations also fall under the cursed category

People who were working/ serving the cursed company prior to the date and time of issuance of death warrant come under this category and are also liable for punishment. However, they are exempted from the death sentence.

Nature of their punishments:

1. Substantial memory loss
2. Failure of many internal organs of the body
3. Skin diseases/ skin allergies
4. Heavy unexpected financial losses etc
5. Damage in vocal cord
6. Dementia
7. They may become insane

Liable amount:

• For ex-employees of chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides/insecticides manufacturing companies – 85% of the total earnings made from such cursed companies by way of salaries, commissions, incentives, bonus and other benefits (cash or kind) etc.
• For ex-employees of other cursed organizations – Not less than 45% of their total earnings from the cursed organizations by way of salaries, commissions, incentives, bonus and other benefits (cash or kind) etc.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

7. All the shareholders, debenture holders, depositors, account holders, loan takers, people having direct or indirect financial dealings of any form etc (either in the past or present), companies in the business of buying and selling shares like share-broking, mutual fund organizations will all fall under this category if they are/were involved with cursed organizations or cursed individuals.

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

70% of their total earnings from them, made as on date.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• They must disconnect/de-link all their dealings with them immediately
• Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

8. Customers of the cursed individuals or cursed organizations also fall under the cursed category

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

25% of their total purchased value

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• Stop all their financial transactions/ dealings with immediate effect
• Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

9. Ex-customer of non-cursed organization which subsequently became a cursed organization

A person who was a customer of a non-cursed company/organization earlier but subsequently the company fell into the cursed category. (The company was not under the cursed category during the transaction between the customer and the company).

Nature of punishments:

Though this customer has no transaction after the company became a cursed organization, still he is liable for punishment if he fails to take remedial measures within the timeframe.

1. Substantial memory loss
2. Failure of many internal organs of the body
3. Skin diseases/ skin allergies
4. Heavy unexpected financial losses etc
5. Damage in vocal cord
6. Dementia
7. They may become insane

Liable amount and Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• Stop all their financial transactions/ dealings with immediate effect
• If the value is above USD 3000 :- 8% of the purchased value as liable amount in Option 1 or Option 2
• If the value is less than USD 3000 but more than USD 1000 :– Remit USD 3000 as liable amount in Option 1 (or) “Sarpakaavu with 9 cells layout plan” in Option 2
• If the value is less than USD 1000 :– Remit USD 1000 as liable amount in Option 1 or “Plant 7 saplings method” in Option 2

10. Utility of free and common blessings/services

Everybody on Earth is enjoying certain common facilities and blessings from the Nature ever since they are born. All of you must understand that this cannot be enjoyed throughout the life free of cost. You need to repay back your contribution to the Nature during your lifespan, failing which the liability is applicable to the extent you have taken/borrowed/consumed. This does not mean that you can pay back your liability whenever you want. The upper ceiling of the liability is 90 days. The liability will become a curse if you are unable to repay within the given timeframe. The liability has been quantified for your easy repayment. The minimum value for these facilities has been fixed at USD 90 per month per individual which can be remitted in Option1 or Option 2. The liability will follow the person even after death of the individual.

1. Blessings:- Utilization of Nature’s blessings such as air, water, sun light, inbuilt knowledge, inbuilt consciousness, inbuilt Cosmic Energy, inbuilt memory power, inbuilt thinking power, inbuilt imaginative power, inbuilt discretionary power, inbuilt talents; Cosmic Energy spread in the atmosphere those are potential and essential for our existence, survival and physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual growth etc; energies that are flowing from planetary system to the planet Earth, energies that are produced by planet Earth and made available to all those who are living on Earth like gravitational force, attractive and repulsive forces, magnetic forces, electro-magnetic forces, radio-active forces, forces that cause momentum etc; energies that are holding the Earth in the orbit of the universe, energies that are available in the form of space (at micro-level and macro-level), energies that are in-charge of past, present and future; invisible Natural forces that are tracing and tracking the actions of everybody etc and finally you are indebted to the Universal Holy Almighty Mother Energy that holds all other energies together, creates fresh energies if required, gives protection to all energies in the universe and destroys harmful energies for the existence of the universe.
2. Free and common services provided by the government who are in-turn utilizing Natural resources
3. To escape from the punishment due to utilization of certain free services, utilization of certain common facilities etc that are directly or indirectly connected with cursed individuals or cursed organizations.

11. Anyone financially benefitted from any of the cursed individuals/ cursed organizations in their life-time with a total sum of amount not exceeding USD 1000

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

Total sum of amount got benefitted from them.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• Stop making any transactions henceforth with them
• Total sum of amount got benefitted from them in Option 1 (or) “Plant 7 saplings method” in Option 2.

12. Partners, directors, board members, chairpersons, advisors or others decorating any other key role of the cursed individuals or cursed organizations

Nature of punishments:

1. Irrevocable death sentence for non-active roles holding the above mentioned positions
2. Other people who play active roles in the above mentioned positions and working on the basis of salary :– Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

1. Total earnings made from cursed organizations or cursed individuals for non-active roles holding the above mentioned positions.
2. Other people who play active roles in the above mentioned positions and working on the basis of salary :- 25% of earnings from the cursed organizations by way of salaries, commissions, incentives, bonus and other benefits (cash or kind) etc.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

1. No remedial solution for non-active roles holding the above mentioned positions. However refer The only solution to escape from the punishment of irrevocable death sentence.
2. For others:
   1. Resign from the job immediately
   2. Option 1 or Option 2 as given above

13. Any organization partially or fully owned by or run by or managed by or promoted by or funded by the primary cursed individuals

Nature of punishments:

1. Death sentence for the management of that organization
2. For its employees, ex-employees, customers etc – refer the corresponding category under the section “List of people for whom the punishments are applicable (other than the primary cursed individuals), nature of their punishments and remedial actions for them”

Liable amount:

• Total earnings made from cursed organizations or cursed individuals for the management.
• For its employees, ex-employees, shareholders, debenture holders, loan takers, customers etc etc – refer the corresponding category under the section “List of people for whom the punishments are applicable (other than the primary cursed individuals), nature of their punishments and remedial actions for them”

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• No remedial solution for the management. Condemned to death. They will get some relief from horrible punishments awaiting them in their next birth if they are engaged in forestation and Nature-cleaning activities during the remaining few days of their life. However refer The only solution to escape from the punishment of irrevocable death sentence.
• For others etc – refer the corresponding category under the section “List of people for whom the punishments are applicable (other than the primary cursed individuals), nature of their punishments and remedial actions for them”

14. People engaged in promotional activities like modelling, image building, using their good will in the society, all kinds of media, ad agencies or any agency/ company/ individuals helping them, anybody or any company promoting directly or indirectly etc for the cursed individuals or cursed organizations

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

65% of their total earnings from such sources.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• They must disconnect/de-link all their dealings with them immediately
• Option 1 or Option 2 as given above.

15. People using leased properties, leased movable or immovable assets, leased tangible or intangible assets of the cursed individuals or cursed organizations

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

58% of their total earnings from such sources.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• They must disconnect/de-link all their dealings with them immediately
• Option 1 or Option 2 as given above.

16. People who are taking or enjoying the benefits of movable or immovable properties, tangible or intangible properties of the cursed individuals or cursed organizations

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

65% of their total earnings from such sources.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• They must disconnect/de-link all their dealings with them immediately
• Option 1 or Option 2 as given above.

17. Terms and conditions while purchasing basic necessities of life

People buying things for their daily living such as milk, vegetables, fruits, food items, provisions, groceries, edible things, non-veg items, drinking water, consumer non-durables will have to spend 8% of the purchased value (which is the liable amount) in Option1 or Option 2 remedial measures in order to ensure that you don’t fall into the cursed category even unintentionally. This process will help you to purify the purchased items from negative forces. However, this category is not applicable for those who are buying the above mentioned items in bulk as a dealer or wholesaler or distributor for business purpose. This allocation of 8% of the amount is not required while purchasing saplings or seeds (for growing saplings) for the purpose of developing Sarpakaavu.

Nature of punishment:

People who are buying above mentioned commodities for their daily living without allocating 8% of the purchased value towards Option 1 or Option 2 remedial actions within 90 days of the purchase will have high risk of falling into the cursed category unknowingly and unintentionally, result of which will be the following:

1. Substantial memory loss
2. Failure of many internal organs of the body
3. Skin diseases/ skin allergies
4. Heavy unexpected financial losses etc
5. Damage in vocal cord
6. Dementia
7. They may become insane

Liable amount:

8% of the purchased value.

Remedial actions to escape from punishments:

The specified liable amount has to be utilized in Option1 or Option 2 remedial actions within 90 days of the purchase. People who prefer Option 2 can remit some amount in advance towards this purpose for buying land and develop Sarpakaavu, as it is not practical to make investments on land in bits and pieces of smaller value. Terms and conditions for both the options remain the same.

18. Paid services

Anybody engaged in paid service to the cursed individuals or cursed organizations fall under this category.

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

70% of their total earnings from them (cash or kind), made as on date.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishments:

• They must disconnect/de-link all their dealings with them immediately
• Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

19. Liable amount for buying movable and immovable assets/properties or consumer durables etc.

The buyer of the above category should remit 14% of the total sum in Option1 or Option 2 remedial measures. This is only applicable in case the seller is a non-cursed individual/organization. It is to be noted that if the purchase is made from a cursed individual or cursed organization, then it is mandatory to remit 25% of the total value of the product/asset.

Nature of punishment:

1. Substantial memory loss
2. Failure of many internal organs of the body
3. Skin diseases/ skin allergies
4. Heavy unexpected financial losses etc
5. Damage in vocal cord
6. Dementia
7. They may become insane

Liable amount:

• 14% of the total value of the product/asset if the seller is a non-cursed individual/organization
• 25% if the seller is cursed individual or cursed organization.

20. Liable amount for selling movable and immovable assets/properties or consumer durables etc.

The seller of this category is liable to remit not less than 10% of the total sale value in Option 1 or Option 2 remedial measures.

Nature of punishment:

3. Skin diseases/ skin allergies
4. Heavy unexpected financial losses etc
5. Damage in vocal cord
6. Dementia
7. They may become insane

Liable amount:

Not less than 10% of the total sale value.

21. Teachers who are/were teaching to the cursed individuals

Teachers, professors, instructors, tutors, mentors, gurus and others who are/were engaged in teaching profession to the cursed individuals.

Nature of punishments:

1. Substantial memory loss
2. Failure of many internal organs of the body
3. Skin diseases/ skin allergies
4. Heavy unexpected financial losses etc
5. Damage in vocal cord
6. Dementia

Liable amount:

100% of their total earnings from them (cash or kind), made as on date.

22. People who give donations (in the form of cash or kind) or free services to the cursed individuals or cursed organizations

Nature of punishments:

Death sentence. Clemency given subject to timely completion of remedial action.

Liable amount:

• The entire amount (100%) paid as donation to them.
• In case the donation is made in kind :– 100% of the market value
• In case of free service :– 100% of the market value of the service rendered.

• They must disconnect/de-link all their dealings with them immediately
• Option1 or Option 2 as given above.

23. Organ donors

People who are donating their body organs including blood or any part of their body to cursed individuals or cursed organizations.

Nature of their punishment:

Same punishment as the cursed individual to whom the donation is made.

Liable amount:

Same as the liable amount of the cursed individual to whom donation is made.

Remedial actions to escape from the punishment:

Same remedial actions as the cursed individual to whom the donation is made.

24. Punishment awaits those who criticize Nature’s actions

No one is allowed to interfere and adversely comment/criticize various corrective actions taken by The Almighty Holy Mother Nature and implemented through M/s. Gurukripa Enterprises.

People who negatively interfere or criticize will therefore be subjected to severe punishments.

What happens to a person who does not have 10 long-life trees planted and maintained by him?

Physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual existence of human beings on Earth is impossible without the presence and blessings of Panchabhooth (the five forces of the Earth). The planet Earth is made of these forces. You cannot exist even a moment in the absence of these forces. You must therefore understand the reality, how insignificant you are before The Almighty Nature. The Holy Nature is the physical representation of God. The Holy Nature is one of the tangible forms of God. You have been given an opportunity to be a significant person. Your life on Earth is therefore a golden opportunity for you to become an asset to the Nature though most of you are mere liabilities. The Nature discards everyone who fail to accomplish their tasks and disobey the Nature’s laws.

Life is a process and a journey to attain perfection in your God-given talents, duties and obligations. Planting 10 long-life trees and maintaining them is the barest minimum expectation and commitment. You have no right to breathe if you fail to do it. This means that your pre-mature end physically, mentally, intellectually and spiritually is fast approaching in the absence of them. Several mortal incurable diseases will dominate your body. You will be mentally imbalanced which will adversely affect your day-to-day activities. Your intellectual capacity will start diminishing and hence your decisions will invite adversities and heavy losses etc. Your memory capacity to remember events of the past will diminish substantially, falling into a status of dementia. You cannot prevent all these by planting 10 long-life trees. However, it is a must for your survival. It is a foundation of your existence on Earth.

There is no alternative solution to substitute planting. You have to plant and ensure to maintain them until you are physically alive. You may be a king or head of a country, you may be a renowned scientist or a professional, you may be a politician or a bureaucrat, you may be a farmer or a businessman, you may be a house wife, an aged person or a child, it is a must and mandatory as long as you breathe.

You cannot ask your servants to do the work for you. You have to physically and personally do the planting and maintain them, lest face severe consequences including pathetic exit from the precious life. Beware of the fact that your position, cast, age, race, religion, beliefs or any other factor will not rescue you from this minimum survival requirement.

People who do not have own land can plant saplings of long-life trees in public road-sides with the permission of the respective authorities.
